Karen Hofstetter is illustrator, designer, advertiser and photographer. So much things and it seems she is good in all of them!
I just found her website and I loved her illustrations, really good work! It´s worth to see all her work, simple, clean, so much handwriting... I love!

I just checked out her website; fantastic! I love that there are some free downloadables, too. I may just end up using one of those wallpapers. I like how things are clean and simple--the same words you used.
